Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Evolve Amino plans to ship to addresses within the United States only, subject to applicable law and any product-specific restrictions.

Processing time

Orders are expected to ship within 1–3 business days after an order is accepted and payment is successfully processed.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Shipping charges

Final shipping rates have not yet been selected. Once online ordering is enabled, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the order is completed.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, shipment details will be provided using the contact information associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may change after a package leaves our possession.

Lost or damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact evolveamino@proton.me promptly. For damage claims, we may request photographs of the package and product.

For packages that have not arrived, we may review the tracking history and work with the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
